3. Action-Based Guarantee (Refund Policy)
Our programs are backed by an action-based guarantee, meaning refunds are offered when the participant:
Completes and reviews all course lessons, and applies the steps and exercises as instructed, and contacts Elder Care Financial within the eligible guarantee window. For the 5-Day Medicaid Email Course, the guarantee window is five (5) days from the date of purchase. Refunds are applied equally and fairly to all participants who meet these conditions. 4. Payment & Billing
By enrolling, you authorize Elder Care Financial LLC to charge the payment method provided for the full program price. All payments are processed securely through Stripe or equivalent payment processors. We reserve the right to deny access or remove participants for fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes.

All course materials, PDFs, email lessons, videos, and guides are the intellectual property of Elder Care Financial LLC. You agree not to share, reproduce, distribute, or resell any materials without written permission.
